The taproom is at 4845 Newport Ave., San Diego. The tap room serves 12 varieties of NOVA kombucha on tap, including non-alcoholic varieties. The expansion offers more family-friendly entertainment, including foosball, pool and air hockey tables. NOVA Easy Kombucha has expanded its Ocean Beach taproom, adding another 1,620 square feet to double its original footprint. Ingle is also a culinary advisor for the White Buffalo Land Trust. Before that he spent several years in California, working at Ori Menashe’s Bavel and Bestia restaurants in L.A., The Rose in Venice, Ca., and Bouchon Bistro in Yountville. The Detroit-born Ingle has more than 20 years of restaurant experience including, most recently at Michelin two starred Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Tarrytown, N.Y., where he served as chef of private dining. He replaced founding chef Chad Huff, who opened the restaurant in August 2022 and left earlier this year.
